Job description
To provide receptionist support to the school, being the first contact in receiving visitors, staff and pupils to the school. Provide support to the school’s administrative function. Provide pupil attendance support to the school.
Responsibilities

- Provide support for the school PR function.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 5 GCSEs (grades A-C), preferably including Mathematics and English or equivalent. NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or relevant qualification.
- Excellent communication and inter- personal skills.
Desirable Skills
- A level 3 or equivalent qualification in an Administration discipline.
- A Customer Care qualification.
- Experience in producing Publicity materials. Good written communication skills.
