Job description

To assist the Organisational Manager in enhancing organisational performance through workforce planning initiatives, learning and development interventions, talent development, and employee engagement and wellbeing to enhance the Council’s culture and branding and imbed PRIDE values and behaviour. Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • 2 ‘A’ levels at grade C or equivalent OR, in the absence of the above qualifications, have a minimum of 4 years’ experience as set out below.
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience which must include excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Co-ordination of training.
  • Use of personnel and / or training databases.
  • Competent in the use of excel spreadsheets.

Desirable Skills

  • CIPD Qualified to Intermediate Level (Award, Certificate or Diploma).
  • Assisting with organisational development interventions.
  • Assisting with Investors in People assessment process or similar accreditation.
  • Organising events.
  • Creation of training materials.
  • Presenting training events.
