We are looking for an Apprentice Shift Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Shift Supervisor will also be expected to motivate and lead their team, develop strategies to increase sales, and ensure that all safety protocols are followed. Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign tasks to employees. Train and supervise staff.
• Train and supervise staff.
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
• Maintain records of employee attendance and performance.
• Provide feedback to employees on their performance.
• Monitor customer service standards and take corrective action when necessary.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Hospitality/retail experience in a similar environment.

Desirable Skills

• Some supervisory/team leader experience would be beneficial.

This vacancy has 2 positions available at 2 different sites: Starbucks Richmond Shopping Centre - shifts vary from 8am-9pm. Starbucks Foyleside - shifts vary from 8.30am - 9pm.
