We are looking for an Apprentice Shift Supervisor to join our team at Starbucks whilst completing a L3 Hospitality Supervision and Leadership Apprenticeship. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and exceptional customer service apply today!

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and supervise staff.
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
• Maintain records of employee attendance and performance.
• Provide feedback to employees on their performance.
• Monitor customer service standards and take corrective action when necessary.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Hospitality/retail experience in a similar environment.

Desirable Skills

• Some supervisory/team leader experience would be beneficial.
