Job description

We are recruiting home care assistants for a complex care package in Derry/Londonderry. Full training for this role will be provided in our in-house training academy. You are required to have at least six months past paid caring experience to qualify for this role.

Responsibilities

• Care in the home of a Service User.
• One to one care.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• 6 months previous care experience essential.
• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle.
• Great communication skills.
• Able to promote and deliver person centered care.
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care.

Desirable Skills

• QCF Level 3 or above in health and social care.
• Care about the community they live in.
• Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care.

Further Information

Home Care Assistants - Person Centred Care. Hours of work - Every other Saturday from noon until 16:00. You are required to have at least six months past paid caring experience to qualify for this role.
