Responsibilities

  • Providing customer service on the phone, via email, and in person when required.
  • Taking triages, and registering new housing and homeless cases.
  • Assisting Housing Advisors with administrative duties including filing.
  • Taking minutes at weekly team meetings.
  • May be required to provide counter cover when needed.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, to include Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications).
  • 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role with experience in administrative tasks and customer service experience.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, beginner IT proficiency.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently, or as part of a team.
  • As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
