We are seeking a Customer Service Rep for our client Survitec - Survival Technology, based in Dunmurry. Survitec designs, manufactures and services safety and survival equipment for the marine and aerospace industries. Employing 3,000 people across the globe, it is a long established company, and is the world’s largest provider of survival technology. Survitec recognises their employees abilities and rewards them for their achievements.

Responsibilities

• This role receives and processes customer quotes, inquiries and complaints. It maintains an ongoing relationship with allocated customers and sales colleagues, using knowledge of products and services, availability, sales territories.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Educated to A-level or further education college equivalent level.
• 1-3 years experience of delivering high quality work unsupervised.
