Admin/Facilities Manager


Job description

The Administration/Facilities Manager will provide and maintain an efficient administrative management service for Aisling Centre team and provide building facility management. The role includes the organisation and co-ordination of office systems and procedures, overseeing day-to day facilitates operations, and utilising leadership and team working skills to maintain a pleasant work environment while ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Administration management.
  • Facilities endangerment.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Maintain service quality.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • A qualification in Health and Safety and 5 GCSE (or equivalent) to include English Language (minimum grade ‘C’ or equivalent) and 3 years’ full-time equivalent experience managing a busy demanding office environment
  • Or a 3rd Level qualification in Business Studies, Administration Management or equivalent plus GCSE Maths and English (minimum grade ‘C’ or equivalent) and at least 5 years’ full-time equivalent experience working within a busy office environment.
