Catering Supervisor
Job description
Pier 36 at Donaghadee Golf Club is looking for a Catering Supervisor to join our growing team. Day-to-day food service. Setting up and clearing down for functions and events.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day food service
- Setting up and clearing down for functions and events
- Supporting club competitions, society days, and organised functions
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
- Providing a welcoming experience for members and visitors
- Building function business opportunities
- Ensuring health and safety, food hygiene policies are adhered to
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- A positive and motivated attitude
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
Desirable Skills
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
Further Information
Salary: 16-17 £8.00, 18-20 £10.85, 21 plus £12.71 per hour, plus bonus, to be confirmed. This is a flexible role suited to someone who enjoys working in a busy hospitality environment, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and is comfortable working independently as part of the day-to-day running of the catering at the club.
