Job description

To ensure the delivery of our Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Safeguarding (EDIS) plan and actions and to ensure compliance with our duties under Section 75 and Article 55 whilst directing the EDIS team in areas of equality screening and impact assessment, safeguarding, equality compliance and the promotion of diversity and inclusion in the organisation.

  • To support the Assistant Director of Human Resources (Organisational Development) with the implementation of our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Plan etc.

Essential Skills

  • Possess a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management or equivalent relevant Level 7 qualification.
