Learning & Development Administrator

The Learning & Development Administrator will provide administrative support within their own functional area and wider directorate. They will provide timely and accurate reporting, collaborative working and an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Line Manager for day-to-day activities, ad-hoc requests and reports.
  • Support the smooth running of all training courses through the effective planning and organising of venue, catering, facilitator, documentation, Line Managers, and learners.
  • Provide physical support/presence where needed prior to, during and following the delivery of training.
  • To maintain the e-learning platform.
  • Provide support to the team, to enable effective delivery of the Organisation’s L&D strategy.
  • Ensure requests are dealt with efficiently, escalating queries/issues as appropriate.
  • Work to agreed standards and timescales to enable staff training and development needs to be addressed and delivered appropriately, providing core information when required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • A minimum of 12 months administrative experience within a L&D environment or similar environment.
  • A minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade C or above including English Language and Mathematics (or equivalent).
  • Good working knowledge Microsoft Office applications including word, excel, outlook, Microsoft Teams/Zoom and PowerPoint.
  • Experience of HR/L&D systems and reporting or equivalent systems/reporting experience.
  • Full, current driving licence and use of a car which is insured for business use or can demonstrate mobility to carry out the functions of the job.
  • Excellent planning and organising skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, to effectively plan and organise L&D activities.

Further Information

£25,683 - £26,887 per annum. We have a 6 month fixed term 22.5 hour post based in our Head Office in Ballymoney. Maternity Cover. Anticipated interview dates will be week commencing 25 May 2026.
