We are recruiting Home Care Assistants to cover tea rotas in Sion Mills. Care in the community. Please see employer website for full job details & person specification.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle.
• Great communication skills.
• Able to promote and deliver person centred care.
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care.
• Be well organised/professional/caring.
• Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care.

Desirable Skills

• QCF level 3 in H & SC.
• Previous paid caring experience.

Further Information

Work Time: The teas begin 15:00 - 18:30, to be confirmed. No training or qualifications are required as NWCare provides full bespoke training in their in-house training academy. We work a 4/3 rota pattern - Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We offer all of our staff: Excellent hourly rate of pay. Mileage paid. Annual leave on a pro rata basis. NISCC - Post registration training learning. On-line learning. Training academies throughout Northern Ireland. Practical paid training.
