Are you interested in a role in care? We are actively recruiting home Care Assistants to cover rotas in Limavady. No training or qualifications are required as NWCare provides full bespoke training in their in-house training academy. We work a 4/3 rota pattern - Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The morning rotas begin at 07:00 and finish at 14:30, afternoons (15:00 - 18:30) and the evening rotas begin at 19:00 to 23:00 Please note: Criteria for this role is that you apply for an Enhanced AccessNI certificate - paid for by NWCare.

Responsibilities

• General tidy round leaving all areas safe.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle.
• Great communication skills.
• Able to promote and deliver person centered care.
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care.

Desirable Skills

• QCF level 3 in Health & Social Care.
• Previous paid caring experience.
