Due to expansion of service, we are seeking Home Care Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Please see employer website for full job details & person specification.

Responsibilities

• Care in the community.
• Personal care.
• Light meal preparation.
• Companionship.
• General tidy round leaving all areas safe and clean.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle.
• Great communication skills.
• Able to promote and deliver person centred care.
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care.

Desirable Skills

• QCF Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care.
• Previous paid caring experience.
• Care about the community they live in.
• Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care.
