Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of electrical infrastructure projects from pre-construction through to completion.
  • Manage programme, budget, resources and project risk.
  • Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Provide clear leadership and direction to project teams.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience managing electrical infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, commercial management and delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with clients, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated people management experience, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
