Quantity Surveyor Don't just report the numbers, own them. Responsibilities

• Take commercial ownership of electrical infrastructure projects from tender through to final account.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and cost reports.
• Monitor project performance and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and submit client valuations and variations.
• Work closely with project teams to maximise commercial performance.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the electrical or infrastructure sector.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, cost control and commercial reporting.
• Experience managing subcontractor procurement and accounts.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
