Responsibilities
- Take commercial ownership of electrical infrastructure projects from tender through to final account.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and cost reports.
- Monitor project performance and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and submit client valuations and variations.
- Work closely with project teams to maximise commercial performance.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the electrical or infrastructure sector.
- Strong understanding of contract administration, cost control and commercial reporting.
- Experience managing subcontractor procurement and accounts.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
