We are seeking a Call Centre Agent / Broker Agent to join a fast-paced operations team. This role presents an opportunity to work within a global organisation supporting over 250,000 customers, where delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong customer relationships are at the heart of everything we do. As a Call Centre Agent, you will act as the first point of contact for both direct customers and brokers, providing expert support across Private Motor, Household, and Commercial Vehicle insurance products. Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Management. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and brokers via telephone, email, and webchat, delivering a high standard of service in every interaction.
  • Build strong rapport with customers and brokers by actively listening, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Create a positive and lasting first impression, ensuring customers feel valued and supported throughout their journey.
  • Clearly explain policy details, benefits, and coverage options to ensure customers are fully informed about their insurance products.
  • Take full ownership of customer interactions, driving first-call resolution and ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and confidently engage with customers and brokers across phone, email, and webchat channels.
  • Excellent listening skills are essential.
