An opportunity has arisen for a General Maintenance Operative to join our growing team at Works Services. Working across our Cleanworks and Saltworks divisions, you will report directly to the Operations Supervisor and play an important role in maintaining and improving client sites across Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Window cleaning. Power washing and external surface cleaning.
• Grass cutting and grounds maintenance. Weed control. Litter picking and site upkeep.
• General cleaning duties. High-level cleaning works. Seasonal gritting and winter maintenance services.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full, clean UK driving licence. Flexible approach to working hours, including seasonal demands.

Desirable Skills

• PA1 & PA6 weed spraying certificates (not essential).

Further Information

Location: This role is based from our Belfast Head Office (BT5), with work carried out across a variety of client sites throughout Northern Ireland. Work Time: Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday work (typically one Saturday per month), to be discussed at interview. Minimum 35 hours per week. Applications from candidates seeking 30 plus hours per week will also be considered. Start date to be discussed at interview.
