Executive Assistant


Job description

We are seeking a highly organised Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing complex schedules, and facilitating effective communication across departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude to help drive efficiency and success within our organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and clients, employees, and external partners.
  • Manage communication, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Assist in preparing and editing reports, presentations, and other documents related to property management and real estate activities.
  • Coordinate and oversee property related projects, liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain and update property databases and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Organise and facilitate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the executive team.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • At least 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in property or real estate.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong task prioritisation ability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast paced team.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Full UK Driving licence and car.
