Job description

Providing excellent customer service by phone and at the trade counter.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately entering customer orders into the order entry system.
  • Preparing and pricing quotations and tenders.
  • Carrying out filing and general administrative duties.
  • Undertaking any other duties reasonably requested by management.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Good computer literacy.
  • Knowledge of glass and glazing products.
  • Previous experience working in a busy sales office environment.
  • The ability to work effectively both as part of a team and on your own initiative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A minimum of GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in both Maths and English.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience using a glass order entry system would be advantageous

Further Information

Due to the location of the business, access to a car would be beneficial.
