Providing excellent customer service by phone and at the trade counter.
Responsibilities
- Accurately entering customer orders into the order entry system.
- Preparing and pricing quotations and tenders.
- Carrying out filing and general administrative duties.
- Undertaking any other duties reasonably requested by management.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Good computer literacy.
- Knowledge of glass and glazing products.
- Previous experience working in a busy sales office environment.
- The ability to work effectively both as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in both Maths and English.
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience using a glass order entry system would be advantageous
Further Information
Due to the location of the business, access to a car would be beneficial.
