Job description

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers to select bathroom fixtures, fittings, tiles and accessories based on their requirements, preferences and budget. Provide expert advice and product knowledge to customers. Explaining features, benefits and options available. Assist customers with measuring, estimating and planning their bathroom renovation projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the team to ensure sufficient stock levels and arrange product displays in an attractive and accessible manner.
• Process quotes and sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Have experience in sales (preferably with bathroom or tile experience).
• Customer service skills and care.
• Have strong organisational skills.
• Be proficient on computer applications although training will be provided.
