Job description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Executive to join a busy team in Swatragh. In this role, you will play a key part in managing all sales related duties within a fast paced, customer focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Keeping abreast of new product lines.
- Dealing directly and professionally with existing customers and creating new customers.
- Using all resources available to satisfy the needs of the customer.
- Researching and identifying new business prospects.
- Actively seeking out new sales and account management opportunities, through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Keeping on top of administrative tasks - such as updating CRM (customer relationship management) systems.
- Developing long term business relationships.
- Cold calling potential customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results for both customer services and sales.
- Manage client relationships through full sales cycle.
- Negotiating terms of sale, closing deals and handling any complaints or objections professionally and swiftly.
- Ensuring accurate maintenance of records.
- Ad hoc duties at the request of management.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- GCSE English and Maths Grades A-C.
- Must have 1 year of previous experience in a sales role.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge and experience of the auto industry is beneficial but not essential.
