Sales Executive


Job description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Executive to join a busy team in Swatragh. In this role, you will play a key part in managing all sales related duties within a fast paced, customer focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Keeping abreast of new product lines.
  • Dealing directly and professionally with existing customers and creating new customers.
  • Using all resources available to satisfy the needs of the customer.
  • Researching and identifying new business prospects.
  • Actively seeking out new sales and account management opportunities, through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Keeping on top of administrative tasks - such as updating CRM (customer relationship management) systems.
  • Developing long term business relationships.
  • Cold calling potential customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results for both customer services and sales.
  • Manage client relationships through full sales cycle.
  • Negotiating terms of sale, closing deals and handling any complaints or objections professionally and swiftly.
  • Ensuring accurate maintenance of records.
  • Ad hoc duties at the request of management.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • GCSE English and Maths Grades A-C.
  • Must have 1 year of previous experience in a sales role.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge and experience of the auto industry is beneficial but not essential.
