Slurry Treatment Technician


Job description

Are you from a farming or agri background and looking for something more structured, with great long-term potential? We are recruiting for a hands-on Farm Liaison Manager to join a growing agri-tech company working across farms in the West of Northern Ireland. This is a field-based role where no two days are the same - combining farm visits, practical work, and working with new environmentally focused systems.

Responsibilities

  • You will manage a number of farms (approx. 15-20 on a cycle) and be responsible for,
  • Visiting farms and gathering key information (livestock, slurry tanks, volumes etc.)
  • Acting as the main point of contact for farmers.
  • Carrying out hands-on work, including slurry tank operations and dosing.
  • Installing systems (pipework, tanks, pumps, sensors).
  • Carrying out maintenance and repeat visits to monitor performance.

  • Farming / Agricultural background skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • Plant / Machinery / Yard work skills.

Further Information

What’s On Offer: Competitive salary. 37-40 hours per week (Monday-Friday). Occasional Saturday (day off in lieu). Company van provided (must be aged 25 plus). Paid in Euro or Sterling. Long-term opportunity in a growing sector. Strong potential for future development. Omagh / West NI (Field-Based Role).
