We are looking for a friendly, customer focused retail sales advisor to join our busy Belfast team. The candidate will provide exceptional customer service, offer styling advice, and help create a welcoming shopping experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong customer relationships
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing and advice
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Process sales transactions accurately using the till system
• Support stock replenishment and inventory management
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive approach to sales
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Desirable Skills

• Passion for menswear and fashion retail
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
