Job description
NW Recruitment are recruiting an administrative assistant to provide administrative support to the branch across all departments, when required. To enter data from various source documents into computer system for storage, processing and data management purposes.
Responsibilities
- To report to the HR Manager and Registered Manager in accordance with established guidelines
- Check source of documents for accuracy
- Work within GDPR legislation
- To answer calls and refer to correct person/department
- To book induction and update training
- Arrange interviews and participate in interviews
- Scan documents into document management systems or data bases
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Have the flexibility to work in any branch should business needs dictate
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a busy office environment
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
- Diary management experience
Desirable Skills
- 2 years experience in a busy office
- Experience of IT systems
- Experience of telephone systems
- Experience of data inputting
