Provide a professional and efficient service that meets customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders
• Deal with menu queries
• Take phone bookings and deal with any queries
• Ensure that tables are cleared away promptly when customers leave
• Stock bar
• Ensure that all items purchased are accounted for on the till system
• Greet and seat customers when they enter the bar

Essential Skills

• Experience of customer service

Desirable Skills

• At least 6 months bar/waiting experience
