Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms to a consistently high standard, including vacuuming and dusting
• Ensure all assigned areas meet company cleanliness and presentation standards
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support smooth daily operations
• Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to management
• Deliver a friendly, courteous, and professional presence when interacting with guests
• Maintain attention to detail, even during busy periods

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Ability to follow procedures
• Good time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting, pushing, pulling moderate weights, and standing for extended periods
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays

Desirable Skills

• Experience working in a busy hotel or serviced accommodation environment
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
