Our client is seeking a Operations Coordinator to join their team based in Belfast.

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Accepting & processing bookings, with continuous monitoring and adjustments where required.
- Invoicing, filing & general administrative duties carried out within time frame requirements & with high level of accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to react to problems in a time efficient manner.
- An ability to demonstrate proven experience in a similar role an advantage.
- Experience in Road Freight & Ocean Freight desirable, including import & Export as well as LCL and Groupage services and air freight.
- Customer service focused with excellent communication skills; this role involves the maintenance of close relationships with customers and sub-contractors.
- Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages & and ability to learn online software platforms.
- Customs experience favourable, but not a requirement.
