Responsibilities

• To ensure the highest quality of food, paying special attention to procedures in cooking, portion control, presentation and ordering procedures as well as helping to ensure statutory records and stock control.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Ideally have a food hygiene certificate but training will also be provided.
