£150 Joining Bonus. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide exceptional personal , domestice and social care to vulnarable individuals at home. Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes are required, but previous experience is not needed as full training will be provided. Part- Time Positions avilable in Derry / L ,derry ( Cityside & Waterside ) and Strabane ( Limited Availability ) Morning/Lunch Run: 7am-2pm , Tea Run : 2.30pm- 6.30pm , Bed Run 7pm-11pm. Great Flexibility for those seeking a good work / Life Balance!! Rotas are 4 days x 3 days. Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday. Week 2: Wedenesday, Thursday , Friday Rate of Pay: Weekends: Friday Nights and Saturday/Sunday (all runs): £14.50 Per Hour. Monday-Thursday Bed (Night) runs: £13.15 Per Hour. Monday-Friday for Morning/Lunch and Afternoon (Tea) runs: £13.00 Per Hour. PLUS Mileage at 35p per Mile. Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A full valid driving licence and access to transport for work purposes.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Teamwork skills.
• Understanding of health and safety in the workplace.
• Able to promote dignity and respect in care delivery.
• Able to promote and deliver personal care.

Desirable Skills

• 6 months experience in formal care setting.
• NVQ level 2 in Care or equivalent.
• NISCC registered or willing to undertake if successful.
• Knowledge of domiciliary care minimum standards.
