We're recruiting a Deputy Store Manager to join our Lisburn store team. Reporting directly to the Store Manager you'll play a key role in running the Store.

Responsibilities

• Driving performance, maintaining high standards, and leading your team by example.
• This is a hands-on role where you'll be active on the shop floor, setting the pace and coaching your team to success.
• Support in driving compliance across stock, health & safety, and processes.
• Lead by example and build a strong sense of teamwork.
