We are seeking a Production Operator to join our packaging manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production lines, maintaining safety standards, and supporting overall manufacturing processes. This role provides a vital contribution to our production line, ensuring high standards of quality and safety are maintained at all times.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing of packaging products
• Undertake hand assembly work as required in a busy environment
• Follow protocols and maintain strict safety standards throughout all stages of production
• Assist with the setup, changeover, and cleaning of equipment in accordance with safety procedures
• Record production data accurately using basic maths skills for measurements and calculations
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Support quality control checks and document findings as required
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and uphold product quality
