Job description
Call Handler Temporary Shifts. The job holder will be part of a team based in the Call Centre providing support to patients who contact the service seeking urgent or emergency medical assistance, Computer keyboard skills will be assessed by an aptitude test as part of the interview process. Responsibilities
- Phone answering - Handling all inbound calls from patients to the call centre using the agreed protocols.
- Logging Calls - Logging, verifying or amending details on the internal computer system.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- GCSE's Grades A-C or equivalent in English Language and Maths and two years suitable and recent experience or Four years suitable and recent experience in an office receptionist or call centre environment within the past five years.
