Job description

As a Subway Sandwich Artist you will be clearing tables, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning floors, and washing dishes. You have to do all of this physical work while maintaining a high energy level, ensuring you interact with every single customer, and making sure every customer is asked about their day during the order and then thanked at the end of the payment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches, wraps and salads consistently according to Subway standards and formulas to ensure Customers receive the same great customer experience every time.
• Maintain speed targets so customers are not having to wait unnecessarily.
• Engage with customers proactively by asking simple social questions and providing friendly service, without reducing speed of service.
• Prioritize customer-facing tasks and visible cleanliness especially when busy.
• Maintain food safety at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations and constant communications during busy periods.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Education: Some high school or equivalent
• Experience: No previous experience is required
