Job description

As a Customer Advisor, you’re the heart of our store. Not only will you provide excellent, tailored service to our customers, you’ll be there to organise deliveries, be involved in stock movements, and maintain an organised, clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• General housekeeping duties.
• Cash handling, processing deliveries and manual handling.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A passion for retail and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills

• Retail experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
