Our client, suppliers of beef and lamb for wholesale and retail across Northern Ireland and the UK are seeking a Hygiene Manager to join their team, based in Crumlin. Manage and work alongside a team of 3 Hygiene Operatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and work alongside a team of 3 Hygiene Operatives.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned to a high, audit ready standard.
• Oversee chemical use, safety and cleaning procedures.
• Maintain records and support a safe working environment.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Strong leadership and communication.
• At least one years experience in a leadership role.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in food production or hygiene (preferred).
