Our client, Decora Blind Systems Ltd based in Lisburn, is seeking Multiple Production Operatives to join their growing team on a permanent basis, in their Hampton Shutters Manufacturing Facility. Contributing to all stages of the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to all stages of the manufacturing process (building, sawing, prepping, packing, cutting, staining, dispatching, cleaning as and when required by management).
• Working in a fast-paced environment to ensure targets are met regarding quality and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and written.
• Legal entitlement to live and work in UK.
• Capable of meeting the physical demands of the job. Ability to stand for long periods.

Desirable Skills

• Experience of working in a fast-paced organisation and working towards targets.
• Experience of using hand tools, saw experience, joinery and assembly experience.

Further Information

Salary: Starting at £13.00 plus £0.50 per hour bonus = £13.50 per hour. After 6 months: £13.25 plus £0.50 per hour bonus = £13.75 per hour. After 18 months: £13.50 plus £0.50 per hour bonus = £14 per hour. Overtime available: Monday - Friday: Time and a Half. Sunday: Double Time. Job Benefits: Casual dress. Company pension.
