Job description
Industrial Temps are recruiting Assembly Operatives for our client Wrightbus in Galgorm, a global leader in zero-emission transport and creators of the world’s first hydrogen-powered double-decker bus. Responsibilities
- Assembling and fabricating components across the production process.
- Working with materials such as metal, laminate, and fibreglass.
- Interpreting detailed engineering drawings.
- Using a variety of hand / air / Power tools.
- Ensuring all work meets strict quality and safety standards.
- Operating tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- At least 1 - 2 years’ experience using hand, power, or air tools.
- Background in joinery, woodworking, or carpet fitting.
- Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Knowledge of materials such as aluminium and steel.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Strong health & safety awareness.
- Team player with flexibility and adaptability.
- Willingness to train, work overtime, and follow shift patterns.
