Job description

We are seeking Registered Nurse For the Private Sector Clients, Nursing Homes, Residential Homes, Hospitals, Supported Living facilities & Day Care Settings. This position offers flexible hours, full time and part-time, the opportunity to workdays, nights and weekends depending on your availability.

Responsibilities

• Patient safety first, monitor patients, recognise deterioration early, act quickly and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Clinical competence deliver care in line with best practice-medication administration, wound care, infection control, documentation.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Follow professional standards.
• Adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) code.
• Prioritise people practise effectively, preserve safety and promote professionalism.
• Must be registered with the NMC
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles
• Excellent communication interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Desirable Skills

• Good communication skills.
• Able to work on your own initiative.
• Able to demonstrate empathy and compassion.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Flexibility: willingness to work varied shifts including weekend and holidays.
