Trainee Property Manager

Kingston Berkeley is seeking a motivated and professional Trainee Property Manager to join our growing team. Working alongside experienced property professionals, you will gain hands-on experience in residential property management, customer service, inspections, maintenance coordination, compliance, and landlord and tenant relations.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of residential properties.
  • Conducting property inspections and preparing reports
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair works.
  • Managing telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries.
  • Maintaining accurate property records and databases.
  • Assisting with tenancy administration and compliance requirements.
  • Supporting the team in delivering a high standard of customer service.
  • Prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Full clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, retail, or property.
  • Knowledge of the local property market.
  • Experience using property software systems.
  • An interest in property, housing, or real estate.
