Kingston Berkeley is seeking a motivated and professional Trainee Property Manager to join our growing team. Working alongside experienced property professionals, you will gain hands-on experience in residential property management, customer service, inspections, maintenance coordination, compliance, and landlord and tenant relations.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of residential properties.
- Conducting property inspections and preparing reports
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
- Coordinating maintenance and repair works.
- Managing telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate property records and databases.
- Assisting with tenancy administration and compliance requirements.
- Supporting the team in delivering a high standard of customer service.
- Prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Full clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, retail, or property.
- Knowledge of the local property market.
- Experience using property software systems.
- An interest in property, housing, or real estate.
