The job holder will be performing administrative duties and providing support to the line manager as required.
Responsibilities
- Face to face customer care, phone telephone call handling, effective computerised & manual record keeping & an ability to progress multiple task in an organised & effective way.
- Depending on department: Support the organisation & delivery of courses or events for participants, support the collection of levy from construction employers, and/or support the processing of grants for the construction industry.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- At least 5 GCSEs Grade C or above (incl English Language) or equivalent AND at least 1 years relevant work experience gained within the last 3 years OR at least 2 years relevant work experience gained within the last 5 years.
- Capable of using a range of computer systems including Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
- Effective communicator with ability to forge effective working relationships.
- Effective in managing time and prioritising workload.
