Job description

Responsible for carrying out a range of internal cleaning services to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Duties include builders cleans, sparkle cleans, end of tenancy cleans, commercial cleaning, communal area cleaning, deep cleaning, sanitising surfaces, waste removal, and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Operatives must follow company procedures, health and safety requirements, and deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience beneficial
• Travel across different sites in Northern Ireland will be required, therefore a full driving licence is preferred, but not essential

Further Information

Hourly rate will be discussed with successful applicant - established rate will be above National Minimum Wage (i.e. above 16-17 years old £8.00 per hour, 18-20 £10.85 per hour, 21 plus £12.71 per hour). Part time position, actual working hours are approximate and will be discussed and agreed prior to commencement.
