Job description

Responsible for carrying out external cleaning and property maintenance services to residential and commercial properties. Duties include pressure washing, softwashing, gutter clearing, window cleaning, roof cleaning, fascia and soffit cleaning, waste removal, and general external maintenance. Operatives must safely use cleaning equipment, follow health and safety procedures, work at height where trained and authorised, and maintain a professional standard of workmanship and customer service. Travel across different sites in Northern Ireland will be required, therefore a full driving licence is preferred, but not essential

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience highly beneficial.

Desirable Skills

• Full driving licence.

Further Information

Hourly rate will be discussed with successful applicant - established rate will be above National Minimum Wage (i.e. above 16-17 year old £8.00 per hour, 18-20 £10.85 per hour, 21 plus £12.71 per hour). Actual working hours are to be confirmed and will be discussed and agreed prior to commencement
