Responsibilities

  • Answer telephones, process prescriptions, book appointments.
  • Be able to deal with patient queries.
  • Scanning, photocopying and support clinical staff with tasks as requested.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent to include English and Maths.
  • Be able to work in a team and use your initiative. Flexible.
  • Previous Office experience preferable.

Further Information

Two posts are currently available - 27 hour post and 16 hour post. Please note this job is temporary with a view to becoming permanent following a successful probationary period.
