Maintain services and operations to comply with site specific quality standards as advised by the client and Operations Manager/Contracts Manager.

Responsibilities

• Inform Operations Manager/Contracts Manager of any training and development needs of your teams or individuals’ goals to enhance performance.
• Maintain the necessary conditions for an effective and safe working environment.
• To fulfil any administration and management of the cleaning teams and to roster and recruit for operatives as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in the cleaning sector is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
