Job description

Bryson Recycling on the lookout for individuals to join our team as Kerbside Loaders on a fixed term contract, starting on the 29th June and ending on 2nd October 2026. You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and supporting our drivers on the road. As a Kerbside Loader, you’ll work alongside a Kerbside Driver to collect and lift recyclable materials on designated routes. This is a physically active, team-based role that requires a strong work ethic and a respectful, professional approach.

Essential Skills

• Good communication and basic literacy/numeracy skills.
• Willingness to take direction in a fast-paced, supportive team.
• Professional conduct and respect for colleagues and the community.
• Ability to work closely with drivers.

Desirable Skills

• Experience working in a waste environment or manual role.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
