You will manage the annual £3 million budget for Cleaning & Security covering multiple schemes across Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities

• You will manage the annual £3 million budget for Cleaning & Security covering multiple schemes across Northern Ireland.
• You’ll combine hands on inspections / quality monitoring with data driven contract management to create clean, safe, compliant and welcoming spaces for 14,000 tenants.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Demonstrable experience in cleaning and security contract monitoring or delivery.

Desirable Skills

• Membership (or working towards) of a professional body (e.g., IWFM, BICSc RICS, CIOB).
