Job description

We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our busy Bodyshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties, helping to ensure the smooth running of the office while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming telephone calls and emails.
  • Greeting customers and handling enquiries.
  • General office administration and filing.
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Preparing invoices and processing paperwork.
  • Using Sage for invoicing and accounts administration.
  • Managing customer and supplier information.
  • Assisting with scheduling and administrative support.
  • Maintaining organised office systems and documentation.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Previous office administration experience.
  • Sage experience.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Further Information
