We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our busy Bodyshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties, helping to ensure the smooth running of the office while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Managing incoming telephone calls and emails.
- Greeting customers and handling enquiries.
- General office administration and filing.
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Preparing invoices and processing paperwork.
- Using Sage for invoicing and accounts administration.
- Managing customer and supplier information.
- Assisting with scheduling and administrative support.
- Maintaining organised office systems and documentation.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Previous office administration experience.
- Sage experience.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Further Information
