Our client is currently recruiting for a Bathroom Sales Consultant to join their Portadown branch. Provide customers with detailed specifications and accurate quotations based on their needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer requirements and generate genuine interest in our products
• Provide customers with detailed specifications and accurate quotations based on their needs
• Ensure all quotations are followed up in line with company procedures to maximise sales opportunities
• Plan, organise, and coordinate sales and delivery to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities
• Receive customer enquiries and convert them into successful sales
• Handle all sales-related paperwork efficiently and accurately
• Control costs while maximising sales opportunities and profitability
• Maintain high standards of showroom merchandising, ensuring products are well stocked and presented at all times
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Record customer complaints and ensure they are resolved promptly to the satisfaction of both the customer and the company
• Effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales environment preferably within the bathroom industry
• Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets in a previous role
• Customer-focused approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and professional

Further Information

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum to be confirmed. Work Time: Monday to Friday between 8.00am-5pm along with every other Saturday morning 8:30am-12 noon, paid as over time.
